Product Description
This listing sells the hydraulic parts individually - a brushless oil pump, lift cylinders, oil tanks and a 30A brushless ESC, each on its own SKU, so you can order exactly the part you need and nothing more.
Every part is also offered as a matched set: four sets pair the same brushless pump, a 72mm tank and a 30A ESC with a different lifting layout - an F-frame, a center-mounted, or a front-mounted 4-stage / 5-stage telescopic cylinder - for builders who want the circuit ready to fit in one box.
The 2212-930KV brushless motor is built into the pump body as one unit; the tank is polished stainless steel with hose, brackets and fittings in the box.

Tank Size

Every set is supplied with the 72mm tank (TP-103, 162ml) as standard. If you need a different tank length - 65mm, 85mm or 90mm - please leave a note with your order or contact us before dispatch and we will send the size you need.

If you order a single-part SKU, you receive only that part:

• Pump (TP-041): 1 x brushless hydraulic pump (2212-930KV motor with integrated pump body, slotted bracket, oil fitting set)

• F-frame cylinder (TP-040): 1 x F-frame hydraulic cylinder assembly (F-frame + stainless linkage rods + laser-welded stainless cylinder) + 2 x mounting pins + accessory pack (mounting hardware and fittings)

• Center cylinder (TP-039): 1 x brass multi-stage telescopic center cylinder with ball-end mount, aluminum bracket and black hydraulic hose + mounting hardware set (oil nozzle, cross pin, circlips, screws)

• Front cylinder (TP-036 / TP-037): 1 x stainless steel telescopic front cylinder (4-stage or 5-stage, as selected) with mounting bracket + mounting hardware set (oil nozzle, screws)

• Oil tank (TP-102 / TP-103 / TP-104 / TP-105): 1 x polished stainless steel hydraulic tank with black cap, hose, 2 x L-brackets, 2 x metal fittings and hardware

If you order a set, you receive pump + your chosen cylinder + 72mm tank (TP-103) + 30A ESC (TP-046). The parts are identical to the single-part entries above - only the cylinder (and its own hardware) differs by set:

• Set 1 - F-Frame: 1 x F-frame hydraulic cylinder assembly (F-frame + stainless linkage rods + laser-welded stainless cylinder) + 2 x mounting pins + accessory pack

• Set 2 - Center: 1 x brass multi-stage telescopic center cylinder with ball-end mount, aluminum bracket and black hydraulic hose + mounting hardware set (nozzle, cross pin, circlips, screws)

• Set 3 / 4 - Front 4-stage (TP-036) / 5-stage (TP-037): 1 x stainless steel telescopic front cylinder with mounting bracket + mounting hardware set (nozzle, screws)

Hydraulic oil and battery are NOT included in any variant. A brushless ESC is required to run the pump - every set includes one. If you buy the pump as a single part, add a 30A ESC separately (also sold on its own). Trucks, beds, tires and other parts shown in the photos are for display only and are not included.

 

Compatibility

Designed for 1/14 scale hydraulic dump trucks, tippers and tractor trucks, for Tamiya 1/14 chassis and similar third-party builds. Fits models such as Mercedes-Benz Actros 3363, Scania 770S, Volvo FH16 750, MAN TGX and IVECO dump trucks.
Choose the cylinder by layout: F-frame (TP-040) for a replacement lifting linkage, center mount (TP-039) for 6x6 tippers lifting from the middle of the bed, front mount 4-stage (TP-036, extends to 410mm) or 5-stage (TP-037, extends to 460mm) - front cylinders are recommended for 8x8 builds and also fit 6x6 trucks. The system runs on a 2S LiPo pack (7.4V).

Setup Notes

Air must be bled from a new hydraulic circuit before it works properly - fill the tank with more oil than the cylinder's capacity, make sure every fitting is leak-free, then raise and lower the bed repeatedly until the cylinder moves smoothly (on our sample tests this takes about 20-25 cycles).
On the F-frame cylinder (TP-040) the brass fitting on top is an air bleed valve - do not connect a hose to it and do not block or seal it, it must stay open to let air escape.
Do not run the pump dry - fill the tank and prime the system before the first run. Check that all hose fittings are tight before each run.

Note

The pump must be driven by a brushless ESC - it will not run from a receiver directly. Use a 2S LiPo only; a 30A ESC or above is required (included in every set, also sold separately). Hydraulic oil is not included. Please check the mounting space on your chassis before ordering. Trucks, beds and other parts shown in the photos are for display only and are not included.
